It is neccessary for the responsbile rental party to be present at the location when the Mobile Basketball Trailer is delivered to guarantee proper positioning. Obstacles or challenges related to placement may extend the setup time.

Instructions are included for connecting the speakers and lights directly to your phone. Additionally, a remote control is provided for the speakers, enabling you to adjust the volume effortlessly while enjoying your experience.

To utilize the speakers and lights, a 110-volt power source is required within 100 feet of the mobile basketball trailer. We will supply an extension cord, so all you have to do is plug in your phone and kick off the celebration.

Shoot Ya Shot Mobile Basketball will rearrange the appointment to a later time if the rainout notification is received within four hours of the scheduled delivery. Customers are required to submit photos or a live weather forecast indicating the rain event. After the mobile basketball trailer has been delivered, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.

A clear area of least 20'x12' is needed for safe setup and play. Additionally, ensure there is sufficient space for spectators and any other activities. 

For the placement of the Mobile Basketball Trailer, we suggest using concrete, asphalt, short grass, compacted dirt, or similar materials. It is advisable to avoid locations near roads or water, on commercial properties that are not privately owned, on sloped driveways or surfaces, in public parks, or in areas where vehicle parking is prohibited. Choosing such unsuitable locations may result in the cancellation of your appointment unless an alternative site is provided.

Our team will take care of the setup and takedown, but we advise having adult supervision throughout the event to ensure safety and prevent any potential damage to the Mobile Basketball Trailer.

We follow strict safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure play environment. This encompasses the use of safety signage, netting, cones, measures to prevent slips, trips, and falls, reflector tape, as well as routine inspections and maintenance.
